COOL WHIP is a product made by Kraft Foods.  However, cool whip is a
generic term loosly applied to dozens of similar items found in the
frozen food aisle.  Non-dairy toppings and non-dairy creamers get away
with being called NON-DAIRY and then listing sodium caseinate in small
print on the back.  This is a crime to those who react negatively to
such consumer fraud.  Many cannot tolerate lactose but I am beginning to
observe that casein reactions outnumber those of lactose discomfort.
