Cynthia Waddell who is the ADA officer for San Jose and who is responsible
for the San Jose web site which has won awards for excellence and for its
universal accessibility is interviewed by Dick Banks and Norm Coombs

Cynthia talks about her own struggles with being hard of hearing growing up
and attending school.  She discusses how importatnt web access is for
colleges and universities as well as for all levels of government.
