I have two printers, with drivers, but no instruction manuals, I want to
use at a crisis center. One, TEC (C.Itoh) M-8510, is dot-matrix, other is
Panasonic KX-P4420, laser. I do not know if either work. I hooked each
one to my computer, but could not get either to print test page through
Win98 software. Cable, etc are O.K., as other printers work. Neither
manufacturer's website has instructions for the respective printers. How
can I proceed?
