USB is a slow interface compared to a 100 Mb NIC. I don't recall
the spec. off hand but USB is either 2 or 4 Mb/s.
Why do you have more than one NIC's in your machine ? If they
are 100 Meg units they are PCI cards and therefore can share an
interupt so no big deal keeping it around ?
