Dear Brad.

>From what I am reading into your words I will ask you this question: Have you
installed a network printer on her computer? This is done on her machine while
on the network from My Computer-Printers-Add Printer. Click network printer for
location and then find your printer on the network. Your printer drivers will
load and it will make a new icon on her machine. From what I read into you
sentence about SEEing the printer it sounded like you were viewing the printer
on the network. Sorry if I'm off base.
