I am interested in creating some CDs for my own personal use. My current,
though limited, understanding is that I can copy individual tracks from CDs
that I own, and I can burn a blank CD with these tracks. Also, I can
download MP3 tracks from the Internet, either free or from commercial sites
for a fee.
I would appreciate any suggestions regarding (1) writable CD drives, (2)
software for copying CD tracks from an existing CD, (3) software for
encoding CD tracks to MP3, (4) software for decoding MP3, (5) software for
burning a CD, and (6) procedures for doing the above.
