The ability to use multiple video cards and monitors(multimon(go figure)) is
one of the many cool features of Windows98. it basically treats it as one
big desktop. there's a few catches, like the secondary card has to support
it, and probably needs the win98 WDM driver. as far as writing to a cd from
a DVD-ROM drive, i hope that I'm not reading the question right.
