They are doing this as a therapeutic measure, not as a way of
getting "enough" B vitamins -- B6 in particular -- into their
children. In particular, they are basing their approach on the
research that suggests that megadoses of vitamin B can help
autistic children. The amounts of B6 that they are using (if
they are, for example, following Rimland's protocol) is *far* in
excess of what is available in any diet, paleo or otherwise.
They are using the B6 as a *medicine*, not because they think a
natural diet will cure autism.
But yes, a kid on a paleo diet that includes liver is probably
getting enough B vitamins for normal human metabolic purposes.
