I find that the difficult thing with eating lots of salad is
the preparation of the salad. It seems hard to "snack"
on lettuce. Apples, cold meat, and dates are much easier
as snack food at work. Lettuce (all types) need to be washed,
shredded, dressed, etc to eat and are just not as convenient.
Has any one got a good solution to this?
