I don't recommend this because it results in limp, mushy veggies.  Water
expands when it's frozen, and the water inside the veg does the same thing,
breaking cell walls inside the veg.  Upon thawing, the veggies don't have the
same lively look or fresh, crispy crunch that they had before freezing.  I
use frozen vegetables myself, but only for sauteing or adding to soup.
