Farmed fish are fed are fed a grain-based diet, which elevates the level
of w-6 fats in their lipid profile.

Here's an extract from a message I posted to the list on May 6. The full

I believe linoleic and arachidonic are w-6 while linolenic, parinaric,
timnodonic, clupanodonic are w-3.

There are lots of other w-6 and w-3 fats that aren't listed.

FYI, wheat germ oil contains 54.8% linoleic and 6.9% linolenic fatty acids.
