And they are the easiest to freeze. I have a small salad spinner I use. I
inspect the berries, removing stems and bad ones and put them is the
spinner carrier (a half pint fits nicely) and use that as a colander. Then
I spin them. Then I dump them in gallon size freezer bags. They hold seven
pints each. I put up 16 pints last weekend and it took me about 35 minutes.
I'll put up another 16 pints this weekend. (I was able to do it this fast
as I had good berries from the greenmarket and the inspection step went
quickly.)
