Spoken like a trully occasional egg-eater :) I sometimes go on egg-binges
(the longest has been 1.5 months) where I eat nothing but eggs, usually
2.5 to 3 dozen a day. And I DO eath the healthy eggs (country hen is the
name of the company, me thinks) at about $ 2.50 per HALF dozen, adding
up to about $15/day in eggs. I do agree that the better eggs are worth
it, even if they are rather expensive.
