In Spain I believe there are pigs that are fed on acorns, these produce
the wonderful ham.

In Italy they feed pigs remains of parmesan reggiano cheese, the ham
that results is prosciutto

In Virginia they feed pigs peanuts and the result is Virginia ham

(all after some processing.)

Interesting how many foods pigs eat and how different foods produce
different pork flavors.
