Hi Nicole,(rabbit guru)

I was wondering if you have any good reciepes for rabbit? I am buying 2
from a lady who raises them in my area...they are called fryers but I
prefer to roast or sautee'. They wieght about 5 or 6 lbs. alive, how
long would I roast a rabbit for...I prefer my meat rare, is that O.K.?
What is edible on the rabbit? Any other information on eating them?
Since you are the rabbit guru I thought I would consult you<grin> Any
info greatly apreciated...
