>Are we supposed to be eating processed foods on a paleo regimen?

ideally, no. but the person who asked the question is not yet on a paleo
diet, he was just asking what would help arthritis symptoms. i suggested
avoiding corn and corn derivatives as a starting point.

as to paleo people eating processed foods, i don't find too many processed
foods that i can use. one of my favorites is Walnut Acres Hazelnut butter.
minimally processed, but still good. and if you count cooking as
processing...nah, we don't want to go down that road again, do we?

JoAnn.
