Hi All,

>on corn and soybeans, neither of which contain gluten.

Soybeans contain proteins which 'mimic' the protein gluten like casein and
oranges that Elsie mentioned, and many celiacs are similarly bothered by
soy. Corn is also problematic for many. From what I have read, soy causes
many kinds of cancer, and the phytoestrogens in soy formula, specifically
cause boys to have delayed physical maturation or none at all, including
lack of development of the sexual organs. Girls are maturing younger.
I found this info in the fall Price Pottenger magazine.

All the best,
Susan
