There is a pizza place in the Portland, OR area -- Pizza Schmizza.  I'm not
sure how wide-spread they are.  Their crust is milk and egg free.  I simply
order a cheese-free pizza.  I love their extreme vegetarian.  It's like a
hot salad with tomato sauce and good french bread.

It took a bit of searching to find a pizza restaurant that didn't put milk
in the crust, but they are out there!
