Can you buy it now and freeze it??

BTW, Kosher for Passover means that it will not have standard leavening
in it either - it will be done with potato starch and other stuff.  It
should be soy and corn free as well.  Personally, if this is not an
issue, I'd try to find a "regular" (i.e. not Passover) dairy free cake.
