My kids like to eat these also. I have been having them take one with their other kind of calcium that they do not like but it has the magnesium. I figured I could find out what to do by the time the old ones are gone. Someone said it isn't the magnesium they need but vitamin D ....now I am not sure who to believe. Have you heard this before? Or anyone else for that matter?
