Further to Dorothy's comments about "Wendy's Restaurants" having a written
binder listing the ingredients in their products, so do the Bread Garden,
White Spot and O'Tooz here in Vancouver. They are all updated to include
"daily specials". It is so wonderful to be able to check out the
ingredients in this way & I too have let the head offices know what a
tremendous help this is to me.

I've found small ethnic restaurant owners to be most helpful as well.
