Have had 2 excellent experiences at:  Nikos Taverna, 180 - 1020 Sherwood
Drive, Sherwood Park, Alberta.

Wonderful Greek food (the gluten eaters said so).  When I called ahead
the first time (finally learning how to do this!), Nikos assured me that
he understood the importance of strict adherence to restricted diets
since his wife is on one (different disease - a hideous one, different
restrictions).  I feel confident recommending Nikos to people in the
Edmonton area now that I've eaten there twice with the only after effect
being looking forward to going again.    Nikos explained all the
ingredients in the foods he believed to be gluten-free, just to be sure,
and even double checked by reading labels.  Sure can't ask for any more
than that!  And the prices were moderate.
