I purchased Tritamyl Bread Mix and it makes good bread. It says gluten free on
the package. I didn't read the ingredients list before trying it. It contains
wheat starch. They say that the gluten has been removed and it is gluten free.
Is this possible and if so how is the gluten removed? The folks that sell it
are on the list and I think that I purchased it from info received from the
list. I didn't notice a reaction, however I am afraid to eat it again. If it is
possible to remove the gluten, why couldn't all bread be made safe?
