Have you checked out WWW.EPICURIOUS.COM? I typed in "cake flour" in the
search box and up came 400 recipes from Gourmet and Bon Appetite
magazines dating back to 1990!
I went thru them randomly and lo and behold they DID use cake flour in
most of them [we can sub. cornstarch and get great results]. I
particularly like the recipes from Gourmet: quite simply, I find they
work the best and are really good.
