Hi. This is my first posting, sorry if this has already been addressed.
I have seen this bread mix available online, and the recipe is amazingly
simple (which fits well in my busy lifestyle, which is at the moment
without a bread machine). I'd like to know more about it (good, bad or
otherwise), including any reactions people may have had.
I have read that wheat starch manufactured in the US is not considered
safe for celiacs, but it is condsidered safe when manufactured in
Europe. This Oldum's Tritamyl bread mix has Codex Alimentarius Quality
wheat starch, and calls itself gluten-free. Yes, I do know that several
prducts (such as a spelt bread here in R.I.) call themselves gluten-free
and are not. Thanks in advance, and I will summarize.
