First, I want to thank everyone for the overwhelming response I received to my
inquiry. It is so nice to have a support system such as this. The
overwhelming response to my inquiry was the Sorrento brand was gluten-free.
With this information in hand, I subsequently spoke directly to a woman at
Sorrento Food Products and she assured me that there Ricotta cheese and their
Mozzarella Cheese were indeed gluten-free. The vinegar is derived from corn.
She said she would be sending some literature on their products. If I glean
any information of interest when these items arrive, I will do an additional
post.

Again, thanks to everyone that took the time to respond.
