Hi.  I updated the On-Going Gluten Free Food List today.  It can be

This is an alphabetical list.   I still recommend using the list by
food type categories.  I believe they are more reliable because they
are updated more frequently.

If you wish to download a copy of a word file, it can be found in the
Celiac Disease On-Line Support Group Forum.  Do a Find in the forum
for message number 767.1 and do a download of the list.

For those wishing a copy of the list who are not on the internet,
