There is a new product on the market which may provide a solution to the need
for a GF and casein free milk substitute.  This product is put out by Blue
Diamond Growers called Breeze and I have confirmed with Keith at Chico CA
that it is gluten free and dairy free.  I bought the vanilla and there is a
plain.  This is the same company that offer the new GF nut crackers, which
are Delicious!  I use those for dipping as well as just for crackers.  I have
no connection with this company.  I am just looking forward to being able to
eat cereal and have a cup of cocoa on a cold night!  Jess
