I went through the entire cereal isle tonite at the grocery store, and I kept
coming across malt flavoring and malt extract. It was even on things like
rice crispies. Is this something to avoid? Specifically, should I avoid ALL
ingredients that use the word malt? Or is there some that are ok...
please let me know. I would like to expand my breakfast options.
