Hi!  After just reading a post on the ultimate biscotti website, I
decided to take a look, and noticed they did not list ingredients for
their gluten free products.  I sent them e-mail regarding this.  Maybe
you all can do the same so that those with multiple food allergies can
see what they put in their biscotti.
