Hi, I work fixing computers, I have done alot of work on dells with the same
system you have.  Did u want to reinstall the whole system because of this
program.  If u did there is a nice utility to do so called zztop.  On all
dell computers this feature is added.  What it does is reinstalls everything
as to the way it was when u first opened the box.
