Hi - 
This is the first time I've posted here.  I have a 1 yr. old with a dairy allergy, and am looking for answers to baking and using margarine.  Are there any that are suitable for baking, or should I substute oil or shortening?   The only marg. I can find that is paerve is Fleishman's Unsalted Diet and that has too much water in it to bake with.  Thanks:)
