a good substitute will be to have the same ceremonial that you have around
coffee but instead you drink a glass of fresh water. that wil be be my
psychologique aproach to it. ( that just me ,i hate to be slave of anything
, when i quited coffe at 20 years old i just decide that i will not get
myself dependant anymore of that burnt substance and turned the page of
years of daily consomption at .breakfast.)
But if you really want something which look and taste little bit like coffe
try roasted chicoree roots. or acorns
jean-claude.
