I ordered a buffalo liver just to try it for my son and it is huge! 11
pounds, anyway, how would you cook it? How long do you soak it in salt
water, and how much salt in the water, etc. It is so huge, should I cut it
up into parts, and freeze it? And what spices or seasoning could I use so my
son would eat it?
