Raina gave me a hard time about my yam recipe,.....

Nuking is a cheat, I know...

I wasn't recommending B&J's, I was comparing the yam dish favorably to
their products.

I try to be paleo, by a relaxed standard.  I think the discussion should
be open to the less orthodox version of paleo.   Most of us have areas in
which we stretch some.  I am very, very careful to exclude all grain
based or derived products, but I am more relaxed about it in other areas.
