I am a celiac (no wheat) and have used their mixes repeatedly with huge
success. I make them in a bundt pan, but you can use whatever you like.

They also have a DELICIOUS banana bread mix.  It makes 2 8" loaf pans and the
mix is $4.25.

Everyone I recommend them to love them.

I have no interest in the company except to congratulate them on a fantastic
product.  The family that runs it is a celiac family.
