Linda, don't know much about herbs. I had a lot of experience with one
particular herb in colleege, but all it did was make me late for class and
crave brownies. ;>)
Re: Vitamin C, I take 2 gr./day. (2 500mg tabs in the morning and 2 before
bed). I haven't noticed any real anti-inflammatory effects, but I''ve been
pretty bulletproof with respect to the influenza epdemic in my area.

While we are on the subject of herbals...I remember a while back Carla
(I think!) mentioned that she takes Devil's Claw and high doses of
Vitamin C as natural anti-inflammatory remedies. My father is very into
herbs and has many books, pamphlets etc., but none mention devil's claw
or how much vitamin C to take. Can anyone give me more info. on these
two or others that are used to reduce inflammation? Websites?
"Testimonials" of what your experiences have been? Any potential side
effects?
Thanks,
Linda
