This will open a long string of debate, and we'll hear from all sides.
Personally, we have 150 computers in our plant, and they are NEVER
turned off.  We do use the win95 resource meter and win3.x meters
[rsrcntrl.exe or something like that] and when resources drop, we
reboot.  Other than that...on 100% of the time....
