Over the years I have made and eaten Johnny Cake Pancake Mix from Walnut Acres.
These were far better than any other mix I have ever found.
Now they tell me that they have discontinued this mix as they have
discontinued other gluten free items over the last year.

1. Do you know of any other commercially available pancake mixes that
is particularly tasty?

2. Do you have a recipe for pancakes that people rave about?

3. Please give Walnut Acres a call, 1-800-344-9025, and ask them to
put Johnny Cake Pancake Mix in the catalog.  (1-800-433-3998 is their
other number.) I have left messages for Ruth Anderson.  Ask them to
put you through to her line to leave a message.
