Hello Everyone,

Sorry I've taken so long to summarise but I have been recovering from my
wonderful trip "Down Under!"- getting back to work etc!!!

Thank you to everyone who sent me suggestions for shops etc.

Most people said that the Supermarkets of Coles and Woolworths had good
selections of products, and indeed they had. Franklins Big Fresh in
Sydney was also suggested. I was thrilled with the lovely selection of
biscuits, mueslies, rice flakes, rice bran, candies, flours and even
Xanthan Gum! We cannot get any of these products in South Africa.I
enjoyed Nu-Vit's Jam Drop Cookies and Carob NAS Honey Comb, and Arnott's
Rice Cookies.

I was impressed with both Quantas and Ansett. They both provided very
good GF meals. Ansett even provided me with malt-free corn flakes in its
packet so I could read the ingredient list - Purina Kornie Corn Flakes.
I did 6 flights in all between all the major cities staying with friends
or relatives, along the way.

I was also interested to find that all the major shopping centres had
"Food Halls" offering inexpensive meals of many varieties. The Thai and
Chinese selections were GF and excellent. I had no adverse reactions at
all.

Thank you one and all.
