Just thought everyone would like to know.  My sister, who is not celiac,
is taking a cruise to Alaska and got her brochure & letter from Holland
cruise lines, and it said right on it if you need a special diet, such as
diebetic, or "GLUTEN-FREE, just let them know.  WE ARE MAKING STRIDES!!
Nice to know some are at least aware of us.  Mary in MI
