I believe there are some health food or bakeries that bake gluten-free
breads one or two days a week. I have a health food owner here in Houston
who is interested, but needs specific information from those who have
already tackled the cross-contamination factor. Please tell me the names of
the stores, phone numbers and/or addresses and cities that you know. Thanks
a lot.
