Can anyone tell me if Breakstone's cottage cheeses are gf? I have looked
through the archives and also through the CSA listing... to no avail.
The only ingrediant that I am not sure of is the modified food
starch...as usual!

Trying this because I need more protein...hopefully cottage cheese with
fruit will help me out in that respect as far as snacking and breakfast
goes. Also, if anyone reading this is hypoglycemic, I would love to hear
from you. Did you develop hypoglycemia after going on the gf diet? How
did you first know that you were hypoglycemic? Symptoms? Suggestions?

Thanks!!!
