I am getting together with a friend that does alot of passover
baking/cooking without using matzoh meal. She uses potato starch. When I
was told I had celiac EVERYONE I talked with here recommended her
recipes. She is an excellent cook so I expect to get some keepers. I
will be looking through her recipes and copying them into my laptop so
it will be easy to post to the ng.

If anyone on this ng has any requests for recipes please let me know and
I will see if she can recommend a recipe. She will let me look through
all her recipes and tell me how they turned out for her. I will
definitely get her keepers (I have never eaten at her house at passover
so have never tried any of these recipes).
