I have basically been wheat free since the first of the year except for
a few setbacks but my question is ....has anyone experienced depression
when withdrawing from wheat?? I do feel lots better physically, more
energy, no aches and pains etc but depression I don't normally have like
I am having now and I can't seem to kick it.
My doctor gave me a prescription for zoloft but have not begun taking it
as I have not been able to find out if it is gluten free. Does anyone
have any ideas or suggestions?? I have tried St. Johns Wort but it lays
me right back to where the world could explore and I wouldn't care at
all :-/
