Hi, all,
I have had my shots, am almost packed and have just found out that for my 2
week Spanish immersion in Venezuela, I will be living in the house of a
nutritionist. What luck! She has already made contact and wants to be sure
that the meals she serves me will be GF. I have sent back the basics but
would like to bring her more details, kind of like a "Celiac missionary".
Does anyone know where to find information about CD that is written in
Spanish? I'd like to take her some and don't have time to translate it before
I leave on the 25th.
