i have yet another question...annatto colouring is found in butter or
margarine, and i've read on some lists that it's gf, and yet on others
i've read it isn't.
does anyone know what's up with that?
also, i would like a quick vote here....i can't handle msg AT
ALL...regardless of whether it's made in the us or not...the one list
that i constatnly refer to (http://www.celiac.com/forbiden.html) has it
on BOTH the safe and forbidden lists...
i was wondering if anyone else has a severe reaction to msg, whether
it's celiac-related or if this is just something i've developed outside
of the disease.
(my symptoms can be anywhere from just a mild bloating like a moderate
celiac attack, to all out absolute agony, diagnosed as an "abdominal
migraine", needing hospitalization for pain control)
