I would like to compile a list of everyone's favorite GF foods. You know, your
staple foods, the one's you can't live without. For example, mine are:
   1. KAME Rice Sticks - I use these for stir-fry, as ramen noodles, and as
spaghetti - TIP: they are better fresh - they get kind of rubbery if you have
them as leftovers.
   2. DeBole's Rice Lasagna - the recipe on the box is great. I make a 9X13 pan
and freeze portions to microwave later on.
   3. Pamela's Cookies - pretty good dunked in coffee, but kind
of high in fat - I like them for a special treat.
   4. Edward & Sons Brown Rice Snaps (Tamari Sesame flavor) - I love these
crackers with sliced cheese on them - one of my favorite snack foods, and fat
free at that!
   5. Cheetos - I just wish they weren't so high in fat - they are one of my
favorite special treats.

Please e-mail me directly, and I will try and compile a list of favorites - it
may help the "newbies" find some good GF staple foods, and it may provide the
long time experts with some tasty additions to their diet!
