Hello all you listfriends,

There are no minority groups on this question - we all agree that
Jerusalem Artichoke cannot contain gluten.

The funny thing is that I read on this list that somebody said it did -
oh, well. happy to hear that there is yet another thing that is actually
safe to eat.
