I had occasions, last week, to call the people at HEALTHY CHOICE
(1-800=323-9980) about the 'starch' shown on the ingredient list.  I told
the nice lady who answered that I was "allergic to wheat" and asked if
she could tell me what kind of starch it was.

To my surprise, she came back on line and said that "  All Healthy Choice
Cheese contain NO wheat, oats, rye or barley."

Keep it up friends, I think we ARE making a difference.
